Administrators

Our administrators ensure that patients keep up to date with the tests, immunisations and reviews that are necessary to ensure their well being and disease control. Other responsibilities include organising the doctors’ rotas and making sure appointment sessions are entered on the computer in good time for patients to make bookings.

Looks after and manages our practice finances.

Our team of receptionists carry out administration duties as well as dealing with patients face to face and on the telephone. They also help with various patient queries and direct them as appropriate.
