We constantly strive to give you the best possible care and attention. If you have any suggestions, comments this can be done by leaving your feedback online, alternatively you can get a feedback card available at reception and return to the practice once completed.
Complaint? What to do if we don’t meet your expectation.
Every day, many people benefit from our services. The partners and staff, who plan, organise and provide these services, aim to give you the very best standards. However, from time to time, things go wrong.
If you think we have not lived up to your expectations, we want to know, please. If you wish to put in a formal complaint, we would like to receive this in writing addressed to the Practice Manager:
