While the practice is closed please contact:

  • NHS 111 for urgent same-day medical enquiries
  • Call 999 in an emergency

Please contact Medicines Order Line on 0115 855 0260 or visit the NHS App or Systm Online for prescription requests. For urgent medication queries, please call 111.

If you had a scheduled routine appointment on 5th or 6th November, we will be in contact to rebook and reschedule.
