The 5 constituent surgeries of Swadlincote Primary Care Network (PCN) are pleased to announce that we will be working in a coordinated and collaborative way to deliver the Influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations for our combined patient population during the 25/26 vaccination season.
During this period of time, eligible patients will be able to receive their vaccinations at Ragsdale House (the old Woodville Surgery Site next to Woodville Cricket Club) and housebound patients will receive their vaccinations at home.
Why are we doing this?
Centralising our vaccination service will be more efficient for our 5 surgeries and free up appointment time for other healthcare matters in the individual surgeries whilst retaining the vital income source that vaccination provides within General Practice to reinvest in your local NHS care.
We aim to commence vaccination from 1st October 2025 and encourage all our patients to make use of this dedicated service.
